Jim H. Wilkes – President, Director and Co-Owner. Jim received a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1978. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, A.I.M.E, and is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas.
Frank M. Kyle – Chief Financial Officer, Director and Co-Owner. Frank received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University in 1981.
S. Sherman Smith – Vice President of Exploitation. Sherman received his Bachelor and Master degrees from Texas Christian University in Geology in 1989 and 1991, respectively. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.
Greg Mendenhall – Vice President of Operations. Greg received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1987. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Sandra J. Dixon – Vice President of Tax and Accounting. Sandy received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from University of Texas at Dallas and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Southern Methodist University. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Judith G. McGinn – Controller. Judy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1977 and 1979, respectively. She is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Wilson C. Woods – Vice President of Land and Counselor. Wilson received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University in 2006. He is Board Certified in Oil and Gas Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Tarrant County Bar Association, and the Permian Basin Landmen’s Association.
Kirk Jackson – Manager of Field Operations. With over 30 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, Kirk started as a pumper and worked his way to Drilling Foreman, then Production Foreman, and now to his current position.
Jerald T. Rogers – Drilling and Workover Superintendent. Jerry received a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas.
